Open since 2018 and located in the Carmes district, your traditional restaurant in Toulouse offers cuisine focused on a culinary change of scenery.
Restaurant in an idyllic setting with an interior design combining brick and wood, headed by Morgane and Nicolas.
With a cuisine that brings together their culinary discoveries during their various travels around the world, Morgane and Nicolas’ cuisine is what can be called an “invitation to travel”.
A team of enthusiasts at your service
With training at the hospitality school of Toulouse and Lourdes, our two chefs, Morgane and Nicolas, have a great culinary knowledge, and have been able to develop real know-how over the years.
During their last year of studies, the duo went to Southeast Asia with a clear objective: to store as many new flavors, techniques and culinary cultures as possible in order to then be able to reproduce them in their dishes.
Back home, they had the opportunity to test themselves in several michelin starred restaurants in Toulouse, before opening Une table à deux in April 2018
A daring bet, but one that pays off, because today the cuisine of our two chefs is recognized and appreciated by all those who taste it.
A cuisine, between terroir and modernity
Conceived and produced entirely by Morgane and Nicolas, the cuisine of Une Table À Deux favors “home-made” and gives pride of place to fresh, local and seasonal products.
In order to surprise its customers, the establishment makes it a point of honor to regularly renew its menus.
